Ingredients: 24 ppm Proprietary Silver Solution (purified water, Nano-silver at .01 micron), Triethanolamine, Carbomer.

Directions For Use With Wounds:

  1. Wash your hands with soap and water before touching the wound.
  2. Carefully clean the wound with soap and water or an appropriate commercial brand of wound cleanser.
  3. Dispense One Silver OTC 24 Wound Dressing Gel onto an appropriate clean applicator (such as a tongue depressor or gauze) in a sufficient amount to liberally cover the wound. Cover the gel with an appropriate secondary dressing cover such as a gauze bolster, dressing wrap, film or non-woven adhesive secondary dressing.

Changing The Dressing:

  1. Carefully remove the secondary dressing from the wound.
  2. Residual One Silver OTC 24 Wound Dressing Gel may be removed with the cover dressing.
  3. Follow instructions above to re-apply the gel.

Frequency Of Change:

  • One Silver OTC 24 Wound Dressing Gel should normally be changed every 24 hours, but the frequency will depend on the type and condition of the wound.

Precautions:

  • Consult with a healthcare professional if you have any concerns or questions about the wound.
  • Be alert for signs of wound infection, including:
    • Pus or cloudy fluid draining from the wound
    • Increased redness around the wound
    • Wound has become extremely tender
    • Increased Pain or swelling 48 hours after the wound occurred
    • Onset of fever
    • Wound has not healed within 10 days from the date of injury

    I would not want to ever be without this product. I used it for over 10 years caring for my mother and it was fantastic being able to avoid trips to the doctor's office by using this gel.     Thanks for the rapid delivery ! Had double hernia surgery (with incisions) on 6-14. Just had the follow up with my doctor and she said, "This looks great !" I am cleared to go surfing in a week after being out of the water for over a year. My routine was to ice the entire area, then spray the incisions with Silver Solution, then apply 24 PPM Wound Gel, and do that at least 4 times daily. I packed one in my surf trip travel kit.     24 PPM Silver Gel

    I love this product. It is one of the few healing staples I always have with me, even when I travel. I use it daily on my face under my moisturizer and on my chest and stomach area to soothe bug bites and rashes. I've also used this as a vaginal lubricant and to stay clean and prevent vaginal yeast infections. Since I started using this during sex I haven't had any more bladder infections, thus no more antibiotics! I consider it a miracle gel as it is not only antibacterial, it's a great sexual lubricant. Also, when my mother was in skilled nursing all the drugs she was given caused a terrible body rash. I would buy this in quantity and send it to her care person who reported that it really soothed the irritation and was the only thing that helped her feel better and relax. I value this product so much that I've given it as gifts. It's one of the few things I don't want to be without.

    I use this product for cuts and burns and it is fantastic! Promotes healing and feels good. I also use it daily after I shave my head. A small dap and it keeps my dome looking and feeling healthy. Great stuff!
