Directions For Use With Wounds:
- Wash your hands with soap and water before touching the wound.
- Carefully clean the wound with soap and water or an appropriate commercial brand of wound cleanser.
- Dispense One Silver OTC 24 Wound Dressing Gel onto an appropriate clean applicator (such as a tongue depressor or gauze) in a sufficient amount to liberally cover the wound. Cover the gel with an appropriate secondary dressing cover such as a gauze bolster, dressing wrap, film or non-woven adhesive secondary dressing.
Changing The Dressing:
- Carefully remove the secondary dressing from the wound.
- Residual One Silver OTC 24 Wound Dressing Gel may be removed with the cover dressing.
- Follow instructions above to re-apply the gel.
Frequency Of Change:
- One Silver OTC 24 Wound Dressing Gel should normally be changed every 24 hours, but the frequency will depend on the type and condition of the wound.
Precautions:
- Consult with a healthcare professional if you have any concerns or questions about the wound.
- Be alert for signs of wound infection, including:
- Pus or cloudy fluid draining from the wound
- Increased redness around the wound
- Wound has become extremely tender
- Increased Pain or swelling 48 hours after the wound occurred
- Onset of fever
- Wound has not healed within 10 days from the date of injury

Better Than Bacitracin
I use the ASAP silver 22ppm in place of bacitracin. I think it works better, faster and is safer to use. I just used it for an allergic reaction that itched and put it on once and it was gone. I have also used it for a toothache and it goes away almost on contact... I think it is the best on the market! Thanks for such a great product. Also, the shipping is super fast!

Somewhat mixed review
I've only been using the gel (and liquid) for about 3 weeks so I haven't seen much in the way of results for spots on my face, but some fungal infection on my skin has cleared up and I am very pleased with that. Cuts do seem to heal much faster.

Miracle medicine
My daughter has been using Silver sol gel for her acne and it made huge difference. My sister used for tooth abscess and avoided run to the dentist. I suggested to my friend who was in a hospital with wound that wouldn't heal. Once the doctor started to use silver the wound heeled. My son's reoccurring ear infections are gone for good.

burn gel
I put the gel on a severe burn for 2 days and kept it bandaged and then took off the bandage and have kept silver sol gel on it. It seems to be healing quite nicely and I don't think it will leave a scar.

This must always be on my shelf
Teens use for acne, I use on my face for antiaging...use it under makeup. Love how it gives a slight "tightened" appearance. Most excellant for any wound, abrasion, animal bite, sunburn. Just works amazingly well. My teens "freak" when we run out! :)
