I read the other review, and at first thought the same. The other reviewer said that he preferred more of a medium brush. I'm used to stiffer bristles than the ecofam. However, after using the brush for two months now, I've noticed that the ecofam gets into the spaces even better than my old medium style brushes. I'm sold on this toothbrush and doubt I'll ever try another brand.

The tooth brush is to soft for me. I like a more medium type brush.
